PDF Not Downloading

Use these steps when an invoice, report, ledger, or statement PDF does not download or open.

Step-by-step guide

    Check pop-up and download permissions

    Browsers may block downloads or new tabs. Allow downloads for Khata Tracker if your browser asks, then try downloading again.

    Refresh and retry

    Refresh the page, reopen the invoice or report, and try again. Make sure the record is saved before generating the PDF.

    Check filters and date range

    For report PDFs, confirm that the selected date range and filters return data. Empty reports may not generate the file you expect.

    If the issue happens only on one browser, try a different browser or device. Also check whether your device storage is full.
