Refer & Earn Policy

KhataTracker's Refer & Earn program lets you earn Reward Points by inviting friends and colleagues to join KhataTracker. Points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed as a discount when you purchase or renew a KhataTracker plan. There's no limit to how many people you can refer.

You get points the moment your friend signs up using your referral link. When they subscribe to a paid plan, you earn additional points based on the plan amount.

You can check the current reward rate and your total points on the Refer & Earn page inside your KhataTracker account.

Your Reward Points can be redeemed as a discount on your next plan purchase or renewal. They build up in your account and apply at checkout when you choose to use them. You can see the current redemption rate on your Refer & Earn page.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. They can only be used for KhataTracker plan purchases and are linked solely to your account.

Your referral counts when the person you invite is genuinely new to KhataTracker, meaning they haven't signed up before under any email address. They also need to complete their purchase within the referral conversion window shown on your Refer & Earn page for the reward points to be credited.

You'll need an active KhataTracker account to participate.

Your Reward Points don't expire. If that ever changes, we'll give you advance notice through email and inside the app so you have time to use them.

We trust our users, and we ask for the same in return. Referring yourself, creating fake accounts, or trying to game the system voids your points and puts your account at risk. We review referrals regularly and reverse anything that doesn't check out, including points already credited.

In serious cases, abusing the referral program can lead to permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all points.

We might adjust how the program works from time to time: the rates, the rules, or the program itself. When we do, we'll communicate changes through email or an in-app notification. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the revised terms.
