Payment Successful but Plan Not Activated
Check your account safely when payment appears successful but the paid plan is not visible yet.
Step-by-step guide

Refresh your account
Return to Khata Tracker, refresh the page or app, and log out and back in if needed. Make sure you are checking the same account used during payment.

Verify payment status
Check whether the payment provider, bank, or UPI app shows the payment as successful, pending, or failed. Keep the payment reference handy.

Check subscription or billing section
Open the subscription or billing section in the app if available. Review the current plan, billing activity, and any visible receipt or payment status.

Avoid paying again immediately
If payment status is unclear, avoid repeating payment immediately. Duplicate attempts can make reconciliation harder.

Contact support if plan is still inactive
If your plan is still not active after checking, contact support with your registered account, selected plan, payment amount, date, and transaction reference.
