OTP Not Received

Use this checklist when an OTP or verification message does not arrive during login, signup, password reset, or device verification.

Step-by-step guide

    Confirm the entered details

    Check that the mobile number or email address is entered correctly, including country code where applicable. A small typo can send the OTP to the wrong destination.

    Wait before resending

    OTP delivery can take a short time depending on network or email provider conditions. Wait briefly before using resend so multiple OTPs do not arrive out of order.

    Check message filters

    For SMS, check blocked messages, spam filters, or network signal. For email, check spam, promotions, or junk folders.

    Try from a stable connection

    If the page is stuck, refresh and try again on a stable internet connection. Avoid switching devices repeatedly during the same verification attempt.

    Contact support if it continues

    If OTP still does not arrive, contact support with your registered mobile number or email and the action you were trying to complete.
