Confirm that you are using the same mobile number, email, or login method connected to your Khata Tracker account. If your business has multiple users, make sure you are not using another staff member account by mistake.

Close the login screen, refresh the browser or app, and try again. If you are on the web, check that your internet connection is stable and that the page is not opened in an old tab.

If password login is used, reset the password if you are unsure. If OTP login is used, wait briefly and use resend only when available to avoid multiple codes arriving together.
