Invoice Not Printing
Fix common printing problems when invoices or receipts do not print, print blank, or appear cut off.
Step-by-step guide

Preview the invoice first
Open the invoice and check the preview. Confirm that customer, item, tax, and total details are visible before sending it to the printer.

Check printer connection
Make sure the printer is powered on, connected to your device, has paper, and is selected in the print dialog. For Bluetooth or network printers, reconnect if needed.

Adjust print settings
If the page is cut off, choose the correct paper size and try fit-to-page or a slightly smaller scale. For receipt printers, check printer-specific paper width settings.

Download PDF as a fallback
If direct printing fails, download the invoice as a PDF if available and print the PDF from your device or another computer.

If printing still fails, contact support with invoice number, device type, browser or app version, printer model, and a screenshot of the issue.
