Backup and Restore Your Business Data

    Use your registered account

    Your business data is linked to your registered account. When switching devices, log in with the same mobile number or email used for the business.

    Open settings and check whether backup, sync, or restore options are available in your app version or plan. Follow the instructions shown in that section.

    Export important reports periodically

    For extra offline records, export important reports such as sales, purchases, expenses, ledgers, and stock reports. Store those files securely.

    Recover access on a new device

    Install or open Khata Tracker on the new device and log in using your registered account. If OTP, password reset, or device verification fails, contact support.

    Be careful with account deletion

    Before deleting an account or business, export anything you may need later. Deleted data may not be recoverable, depending on the deletion process and policy.
