Create & Share Your First Invoice
Generate a professional GST invoice in seconds, customise it with your branding, and share it with your customer via WhatsApp, email, or print.
Step-by-step guide

Open New Invoice
Navigate to Sales > Invoice and tap the "+" or "New Invoice" button. The invoice form opens with your business details pre-filled based on your profile settings. The invoice number is auto-generated in sequence.

Select or add the customer
Search for an existing customer by name or phone number, or tap "Add New Customer" to create a new contact on the fly. The customer's billing address and any saved credit terms are loaded automatically.

Add line items from your catalog
Tap "Add Item" and search your product catalog. Select a product; the price, tax rate, and unit are filled in automatically. Adjust the quantity, and apply a line-level discount if needed. Add as many items as required.

Apply overall discounts or charges
At the invoice level you can apply an overall discount (flat or percentage) and add additional charges such as packing, shipping, or handling fees. All amounts including GST breakdowns are calculated in real time.

Choose payment terms and due date
Set the invoice date, select a payment term (immediate, net 15, net 30, or custom), and the due date calculates automatically. You can also record a partial advance payment and leave the balance as outstanding.

Save and share the invoice
Tap "Save" to generate the invoice as a professional PDF. Use the Share button to send it directly via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Customers can view the invoice on any device without needing to install any app.
Pro Tips
- Enable "Auto-send on save" in Settings to automatically WhatsApp invoices to customers the moment you save them.
- Use invoice templates (Settings > Templates) to add custom notes, payment bank details, or a thank-you message.
- All unpaid invoices appear in the "Pending Dues" dashboard so you always know who owes you money.
